E-LFT components are used as structural or semi-structural components in the sector of contemporary metal or hybrid solutions (metallised plastic). The focus in this case is primarily - but not exclusively - on applications for the automobile sector.
Crucial added value is provided thanks to the high integration capacity. In the sector of LFT and GMT solutions, it is possible to solve problems, meet more stringent requirements or reduce costs by comparison with today's solutions by targeted use of materials and cycle time optimisation by means of local intermediate layers comprising continuous-filament strands.
